International Missions Outreach is a non-denominational organization that ministers to the needs of individuals' spirit, soul, and body in Haiti. Under the leadership and direction of Dr. John Hanson since 1976, IMO has grown to be one of the largest active mission organizations at this time.

Churches and Crusades:
International Missions Outreach Churches are established congregations that have been a brush arbor affiliated with IMO. Over a period of time, IMO has built them a church facility for their congregation. Each Church has a Pastor that has completed the 3-year IMO Bible School. These churches operate under the direct leadership of Pastor John Hanson. Bi-Annual Pastors’ Seminars keep the Pastors unified in the ministry of IMO. In addition to these churches are 200 brush arbors and outstations. There are over 100 Evangelists that minister out of these churches and brush arbors. The anointing and the power of the Word is being put into action and changing lives.

The Bible School is a 3-year program designed to teach theology, give ministering experience through evangelism, and church government. This year’s enrollment is at 197 students. The graduating class will have their commencement ceremonies in May. Many students are housed in the dormitories, while others attend via night classes.

Medical Clinics:
International Missions Outreach has medical clinics that treat over 10,000 patients annually. Dr. James Mears, Dr. Jon Sullivan, and Dr. Tom Morgan come with assistants and medical teams to help meet the physical needs of the Haitian people. Weekly clinics are held in the central and northern parts of Haiti.

These doctors and nurses see patients with many different illnesses. We attempt to meet the needs that we can with the medicines we have. Some times we have to refer the patients to the large hospitals in Port Au Prince for things that we are not equipped to manage. Dentists perform oral surgery on their patients to relieve the pain from decaying teeth.

Child Sponsorship Program:
You will get periodical updates and pictures from your student. Most of all, you will know that you have reached out to those that are hopeless and given hope.
